Lack of Support and Communication

For more than one week, I have attempted to receive support and advice from Pages Garden on how to change our user name and password. In the meantime, our website, hosted by Pages Garden, is riddled with pornagraphy and ads, which I can not remove. Pages Garden needs to be more supportive to the needs of their customers. I'm totally frustrated by their lack of support or communication to help me solve this serious problem, which is causing discredit to my business.
