BAD? BAD? HORRIBLE! SUPPORT

I am a consultant that suggested using dot5hosting based on top 10 hosting reviews. Their support was so bad, I basically lost the contract (my job) because of their poor support. They should not be in business. Write your states Attorney General to complain.

It was so difficult to cancel my subscription. I am glad I got back part of my money after two months.
