Trying to find a good hosting company is like trying to find a good woman to marry, you know that their out there it's just hard to find them. So perhaps I can make your search a bit easier than mine was. I have had a total of five hosting companies since I started publishing my website, some of them started out with great service and after a few months or the first check began to go down hill at a rapid rate. By down hill I mean not answering service emails when the site was down, you know minor things like that. Some of the hosting companies were highly rated but that took my money and never bothered to provide me with the log-in or password for 3-weeks. So you can see my experience with hosting companies has been anything but stellar, that is until I found out about PagesGarden. I really don't know how I found out about them, it might have been a friend or a link, I can't honestly say. I have been with them now for a number of months and the only surprises so far is the amount of new things they add to their program to make it better, they have recently added the ability to purchase templates which I think is great for those that want to get a start on a pre-fab web site. But the thing that I love about them the most is their customer service and tech support crew. If they give raises based on performance then these people should be making a fortune. They recently moved my site from one server to another and the though of this caused me to lose about two nights sleep, as I feared the site dying in the transfer. Once I got the email that they were ready to start the transfer I expected it to take perhaps 3 or 4 hours. In less than one hour my site was live and in less than 24 hours it had propagated across the net with its new location. Now that to me is Superior Service!
